Therapy Services

Insurance: I am currently in-network with most major US insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare (including Optum) and MedCost. The cost to you will depend on your plan.

If you have insurance but would prefer not to use it, you may opt-out of using insurance for my services.

Private Pay: $160 for the intake session, $140 for all following sessions.

Coaching Services

Intake Session: 55 minutes, $150

Follow-Up Sessions: 45 minutes, $90

5 Session Package: $400 (does not include intake session)
