Life can be HARD. Sometimes it can feel as if we’re being thrown one curveball after another. Life can also come with moments of joy, happiness, love and connection, but sometimes those can feel fleeting or few and far between. If this resonates with you, you’re in the right place!
Maybe you're feeling worried and on edge, struggling to do the things you used to enjoy. You've tried to find different ways to cope, but it's so hard to get something to stick.
Here’s where I can help. In our work together, I can support you in cultivating more of what brings meaning to your life. We may work on learning skills to regulate emotion, improve your relationships, and face sources of fear and anxiety. We can work on learning how to let go of the coping tools that are no longer serving you. We can also dig deeper into sources of pain and distress that are interfering with your life; if there are memories and past experiences that are having a negative impact on your wellbeing, we can work on processing these so that they aren’t sitting in the driver’s seat.
There's a future in which you are able to do the stuff that's most important to you as well as give yourself grace to be messy. I would be honored to help you get there.
